Starlaw Park sold

Endura Limited has acquired 3 Starlaw Park in Livingston from Scottish Enterprise for a sum in the order of £1.7m. The sale , led by Colliers International, will enable the West Lothian-headquartered company to meet growing global demand and support its Endura Racing team.

Starlaw Park provides modern warehousing, production and office facilities across some 41,100 sq ft and is located in the Deans area of Livingston, which also homes the distribution hubs of major retailers, including Morrisons and Tesco.
