SPP Pumps selects Arlington Business Park to house new UK headquarters

SPP Pumps, a UK manufacturer of centrifugal pumps and associated systems, has agreed to lease 8,219 sq ft of prime office space at Goodman’s Arlington Business Park in Theale. The company, advised by Hicks Baker, will relocate from its current premises at Pincents Lane in Reading to the first floor of Building 1420, Lakeview at Arlington Business Park, on a 10 year lease. Arlington Business Park is owned, developed and managed by Goodman. Customers currently include Hewlett Packard, Wrigleys, KPMG and PepsiCo.
