Sirius Real Estate announced changes to its board

Sirius Real Estate announced changes to its Board with immediate effect. Non-executive Directors, Walter Hens, Shelagh Mason and Charles Parkinson resigned from the Board, on Thursday 2 August 2012. As a result, the number of Sirius Non-executive Board members will reduce from nine to six.

Notwithstanding these changes, the Board remains within the jurisdiction of the Panel of Takeovers and Mergers.
