Shiraz Boghani purchases the InterContinental London Westminster Hotel
The InterContinental London Westminster Hotel was purchased for an undisclosed figure by Mr Shiraz Boghani, (one of the Partners responsible for initiating the project) who emerged as the successful bidder in a formal tender process managed by CBRE Hotels.
When complete this prestigious development project will boast 256 luxurious bedrooms including 43 suites, together with state of the art meeting space, restaurant, bar and atrium winter garden.
The hotel is scheduled to open before the end of 2012 and will be managed by the world renowned InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). It will be the second InterContinental Hotel in London, complimenting their famous Park Lane property.
