Segro with new Investment Director for Northern Europe
Since the beginning of 2012 Sebastian Ott (42) has joined the team at Segro Germany GmbH as the new Investment Director Northern Europe. In this capacity he is responsible for investment acquisitions and disposals in Germany and the Benelux countries. With the establishment of this newly created position, Segro is underlining the importance of the continental markets for their strategy.
After working for more than 10 years at Garbe Logistic AG in Hamburg, Mr Ott moved to the real estate consultancy firm of King Sturge in 2010, where he assumed regional responsibility for the Frankfurt office and the field of manufacturing industry/logistics in Germany. Upon the takeover of King Sturge by Jones Lang LaSalle in May 2010, Mr Ott worked until December of last year in the field of manufacturing industry investment in Frankfurt. Here he was responsible for the logistic property business throughout Germany.
