Segro plc and Aviva Investors, through their joint venture, Airport Property Partnership (‘APP’), have pre-let a 150,000 sq ft state of the art facility to DHL Express in Poyle, on the western edge of Heathrow Airport. It is the largest pre-let APP has signed to date and is on a 25 year lease.
