Royal BAM: T. Menssen MBA appointed as Executive Board member

The extraordinary general meeting of Royal BAM Group nv, held at Thursday 16 August 2012, has appointed T. Menssen MBA as a member of the Executive Board of the Group with effect from 1 October 2012. Menssen will succeed Mr J. Ruis after a few months as Chief Financial Officer, who is retiring after forty years with the Group.
