The Plot 3 development comprises office, retail and leisure space. It includes the 5,645 sq m office building, De Alexander, which is occupied by the headquarters of D.E. Master Blenders 1753 and 7,225 sq m of retail space, which is let to electronics retailer Saturn. The remaining 1,000 sq m is occupied by a coffee shop, VIEW restaurant and B&B lunchroom.

Jeroen Galle, project director of Oosterdokseiland, comments: “We are very happy with the sale to Real I.S. This transaction, combined with the letting to DE Master Blenders 1753 earlier this year, prove that there is ongoing demand from occupiers and investors alike for good products in mixed use schemes. With the development of Oosterdokseiland Plots 5 and 6, MAB Development is providing future investment opportunities in the city centre.” Oosterdokseiland is a development by OOA C.V., a joint venture between MAB Development and Meyer Bergman. The developers were advised by SIX Advocaten and Lexence.
