Preliminary agreement signed for property acquisition in Rawicz

Fritz Hansen, a Danish furniture design company, has signed a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of the property in Rawicz from SEWS Polska. Cushman & Wakefield represented the factory’s owner in the negotiations.

The property in Rawicz, which is now vacant, comprises an industrial and warehouse building with social facilities. It provides more than 8,300 sq.m of space, a car park for 220 vehicles and an area for six trucks. The plot on which the scheme is located totals over three hectares and is also part of the sale transaction.

Wojciech Dachniewski, a negotiator from the Industrial Department of Cushman & Wakefield, said: “We are now waiting to receive all the necessary permits to change the use of the hall. Then we will proceed to have the final agreement signed and the ownership transfer completed. We appreciate the full support and commitment in this deal of the representatives of the Rawicz local authorities.”
