Peak Collection leases 1,100 sq m in the „Network Perlach“ in Munich
Peak Collection GmbH has leased around 1,100 sq m of office space in „Network Perlach“ at Unterhachinger Straße 75 in Munich. The new tenants are Idee Office Coffee Service GmbH and Xolution GmbH. Idee Office Coffee Service GmbH moved into its 471 sq m of leased space in May, while Xolution will start to occupy its 612 sq m from the middle of August. Each lease has a term of five years. Pamera Asset Management acted on behalf of the owner in arranging the leases.
The „Network Perlach“ ensemble of offices is located on the south-eastern fringe of Munich, between Perlacher Forst and Neuperlach's centre, directly adjacent to the Perlach S-Bahn rapid transit station. The attractive, clear architecture is one of the winning features of the three-story building. Large glass areas, with windows reaching to the ground in some cases, as well as loft-like top-floor units create a pleasant working atmosphere and leave space for creativity. The building benefits from the use of geothermal energy, an environment-friendly heating system that ensures stable prices and keeps service charges down. It also has 87 car-parking spaces underground and a further 37 outside.
