Panattoni expands Park Myslowice
Panattoni Europe is expanding Panattoni Park Mysłowice by a further building. The new seventh facility with 28,100 m² of industrial space will be occupied by three companies: Manuli Hydraulics, Valeo and a representative of the logistics industry.
Panattoni Europe began the construction of the seventh building in Panattoni Park Mysłowice - one of the largest distribution centres in Poland, which was two times in a row named the „Best warehouse in Poland“ in a client survey conducted by the Euobuild Awards initiative.
The new building will comprise 28 100 m² and is dedicated to three tenants: the representative of the logistics industry, which will occupy 9 500 m², Manuli Hydraulics - the world leader in the hydraulic industry, which is already a tenant of the park and will take up 9 300 m² and Valeo - automotive components manufacturer for the OEM market and spare parts, which will occupy 9 200 m². The transaction with Valeo was mediated by the Jones Lang LaSalle real estate agency.
„ Due to our previous cooperation with Valeo, we were aware of their requirements“ - says Wojciech Zon, Senior Consultant in the Department of Industrial and warehouse space, Jones Lang LaSalle - „ This time, our client needed a high-class facility in Upper Silesia, which has good road connections with its factory in Chrzanów. Therefore, Panattoni Park Mysłowice was an ideal choice, as it is located by the motorway junction in the vicinity of S1 with the A4 motorway.“
Panattoni Park Mysłowice is one of the largest distribution centers in Poland - it will ultimately consist of eight buildings and after the final phase of construction will total over 200 000 m². The investment is situated near the A4 motorway, along the expressway S1. It sits only 30 kilometers from the airport in Pyrzowice. The Park provides ideal conditions for domestic and international distribution and easy access to a qualified labour pool.
