Pamera lets 2,000 sq m in Frankfurt and Neu-Isenburg
Pamera Asset Management GmbH has concluded several new lettings in Frankfurt and Neu-Isenburg. For instance, Pamera, acting on behalf of the freeholder Bank Austria Real Invest, has let a further 750 sq m in the “HMB Bürocenter Frankfurt” (Mannheimer Str. 107-109) to DB Services Südwest GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG. DB Services Südwest has occupied an area in the “HMB Bürocenter Frankfurt” since 2010, when it moved in with 120 staff. It now occupies more than 2,300 sq m in the building. The approximate 7,800 sq m building, close to the station, is now around 50% let. Aengevelt Immobilien was the letting agent.
Pamera has concluded new leases and extensions on a total of around 700 sq m in the “Artemis” and “Convis” buildings it manages at Hanauer Landstrasse 135-145. These are situated in the up-and-coming Ostend district, which has been boosted by the ECB’s move. The buildings are now more than 70% let. In Neu-Isenburg Pamera has also agreed a lease extension and enlargement to around 550 sq m to an existing tenant, on behalf of the representative of the freeholder Feldberg Capital GmbH. The “Officegarden” building at Siemensstrasse 9 in Neu-Isenburg, which has a total lettable area of around 9,700 sq m, is now more than 70% let.
