Oriflame became a tenant of “Novosibirsk” logistics park
The Swedish cosmetics company Oriflame signed a lease agreement for warehouse premises in Class A logistics park “Novosibirsk”, owned by Raven Russia Ltd. The lease period of the agreement is five years. Interests of Raven Russia were represented by international consulting company Colliers International.
The rented warehouse space including office premises amount to 5,000 sq. m. It is noteworthy that Oriflame had already rented warehouse premises of Class B in Novosibirsk, but decided to move to a higher class logistics park.
Logistics park “Novosibirsk” is located on 18 ha land plot along Petukhova Street in Kirovsky district on the South of Novosibirsk city, close to road M51 connecting the city with Moscow. The total area of the logistics park is 117,000 sq. m, including 100,500 sq. m of warehouse space, 9,800 sq. m of mezzanine area, and 6,500 sq. m of office premises for lease. The logistics park opened on February 25, 2009. Logistics operators FM Logistic (10,000 sq. m) and Avalon Logistics (32,000 sq. m) have already become tenants of “Novosibirsk” logopark.
