ORF rents 5.400 m² office space in Vienna

Starting in August 2012, four departments of the Austrian broadcaster ORF with around 270 employees will occupy 5,400 m² of office space across two levels of the Linke Wienzeile 234 office building at Storchengasse 1. When ORF takes up residence at this building owned by CA Immo, which is located next to the Längenfeldgasse underground station (serving the U4 and U6 lines), Linke Wienzeile 234 will be nearly let completely.

The building, which offers around 15,000 m² of office space, has excellent access via public transport (Längenfeldgasse station on the U4/U6 lines) as well as by road (Wiental/Westeinfahrt A1, Grünbergstrasse A23, A2, Gürtel ring road). Traffic interchanges such as the Westbahnhof and Südbahnhof railway stations, Vienna Airport and the city centre are within easy reach. Numerous shops are located nearby at Meidlinger Hauptstrasse and the U4-Center Meidling.
