Olivia Business Centre on schedule
The Olivia Business Centre project is on track. The first building „Olivia Gate“ (17,500 sqm), was delivered to schedule in 15 months and stands completed and 100% occupied by companies such as PriceWaterHouseCoopers and Meritum Bank and BPO operations like Sii and GoYello. The 2nd and 3rd buildings „Olivia Point“ and „Olivia Tower“ combining to provide almost 24,000 sq meters are rising from the Gdansk terrain well ahead of schedule.
„Olivia Point“ is now undergoing interior installations such as the elevators and air conditioning whilst „Olivia Tower“ is already 1 month ahead of schedule. „One of our biggest issues is to assure our clients and cooperators that our buildings will be available in time but since we first started OBC and our previous projects before that, we have never had this issue. The figures that we give are very conservative by our standards“, explains Mr Maciej Grabski, developer of the project.
Both „Olivia Point“ and „Olivia Tower“ will have occupancy permits December 2012 and the first tenants will move in January 15th 2013.
