Nova Technologie Obiektowe moves into City Point
Valad Europe has agreed a new 1,348 sq m letting at City Point, Warsaw, with Nova Technologie Obiektowe, a leading flooring company. They will occupy the warehouse space on a five year lease.
City Point, Warsaw´s largest distribution facility, is located on the eastern bank of the Vistula River, just 6 km from the city centre, in the industrial part of the Targowek district. The property provides a total of 115,000 sq m of warehouse and office space with more than 80 existing tenants, including courier service companies, UPS and Siodemka; CH Beck, the German publisher; and Dachser, the logistics provider.
