NNG signs a ten-year contract for Szépvölgyi Business Park

The Szépvölgyi Business Park in Budapest, an Immofinanz Group office property, will soon become the corporate headquarters for a further international company. The new tenant for approx. 6,400 sqm of office space is NNG LLC, a navigation software company, which will relocate this autumn. The ten-year contract was signed in early summer and preparations for the tenant’s adaptations are now in progress. The complex has approx. 9,450 sqm of rentable office space on each of four levels in three buildings, nearly two-thirds of which will be occupied by NNG. Attractive infrastructure in close proximity – including a health club, bank and post office as well as numerous restaurants – round out the offering of this International High-Class Office property.
