New tenants for Forum Lviv
DTZ has secured new deals in Forum Lviv Shopping and Entertainment Centre by Multi Development Ukraine.
In the middle of July DTZ signed lease agreements with several international and Ukrainian retailers in Forum Lviv. Among them are eight stores of „MIT“ company, including Intertop, Pandora, Ecco, Clarks, Marc O'Polo, Lee Wrangler, Timberland and Urban United, with a total area of 1,200 sq m, as well as another representative of footwear and accessories category - Carlo Pazolini with an area of over 220 sq m.
Earlier, lease agreements with retail chain “Kira Plastinina”, as well as the anchor tenant of the project - supermarket „Amstor” were signed with support of DTZ. Other anchor tenants of the future Forum Lviv shopping center include movie theater “Planeta Kino" and supermarket of electronics and home appliances “Comfy”.
The 69,000 sq m shopping and entertainment centre is scheduled for opening during the first half of 2014 on Pod Dubom Street in the central part of Lviv. Multi Development Ukraine is the developer of the project.
