New tenants at Green Corner office complex in Warsaw

Skanska Property Poland has signed new lease contracts for office space in the Green Corner office complex currently being developed in the Warsaw district of Wola. The companies which are to move into Skanska's new scheme are Grant Thornton, Jones Lang LaSalle Group Services and CHI Polska. Previously a lease contract was also signed with Nordea Group for around 7,000 sqm. The construction of Green Corner started in February 2011 and its completion is scheduled for Q4 2012.


Grant Thornton, a consulting company, has taken up 1,350 sqm in the green office building. Jones Lang LaSalle group Services, internal financial centre of Jones Lang LaSalle is to occupy about 1,500 sqm in Green Corner. It will be yet another JLL office located in a building developed by Skanska Property Poland. A JLL branch, management centre for lease contracts in the EMEA region (Europe, Middle East and Africa), operates in Deloitte House at Al. Jana Pawła II, where the developer has its headquarters.

A lease contract has also been signed with CHI Polska, operator of Coffeeheaven and Costa Coffee chains. The company is to take up around 1,000 sqm of office space, where its new Warsaw headquarters will be situated. The transaction was mediated by Jones Lang LaSalle.
