New tenant for Raven´s Noginsk-Eastern warehouse complex
CBRE advised UPM Raflatac, a large global producer of self-adhesive labelstock, in their search for a light industrial facility for labelstock slitting operations in the Moscow Region. UPM rented production and office space in Noginsk-Eastern warehouse complex of the Raven Russia’s chain of Grade A warehouse properties. In this deal CBRE represented the owner of the property, Raven Russia.
UPM Raflatac occupies premises in the first phase of Noginsk-Eastern Logistics Park of (Class A warehouse with a total area of 303,866 sqm). Phase 1 was commissioned in 2009. Another two phases are proposed with build-to-suit opportunities available. The logistics park is located in the Noginsk District of the Moscow Region, in close proximity to the town of Noginsk, right on the M-7 Moscow-Nizhniy Novgorod federal highway, 44 km from the MKAD, between the „Betonka“ and the proposed CKAD (Central Ring Highway). Other major tenants of the park are the well-known companies as Roto Frank, Sanitec, Alkon, Ontex, X5 Retail Group. UPM Raflatac started the new finishing and distribution operations in September 2011.
