New nightclub to open in Aberdeen
Two well established Glasgow nightclub operators, CPL and Carlo Citti, have teamed up to launch a new nightclub and bar diner in Aberdeen, expanding their existing operations.
The new establishment will trade under the same name as the existing Glasgow operations of the proprietors, The Garage and Campus, and is due to open on Friday 31 August. It will operate from the 19,100 sq ft former Warehouse and Bassment premises at 17-19 Windmill Brae / 9 Bridge Place. Property consultant Ryden secured the 20-year lease at £82,500 per annum on behalf of Simrock Holdings Ltd.
CPL and Carlo Citti are investing over £300,000 into the space to create a new modern venue, which will have approximately 80-100 full-time and part-time staff.
