New Head of Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality in the CEE region

Frédéric Le Fichoux (31) was named new Head of Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality for the CEE region. He has replaced Stewart Coggans who was heading the hospitality team for the past three years. Frédéric Le Fichoux takes on his new role as of July 2010.

Frédéric Le Fichoux´s team is mainly engaged in valuation; development advisory; operator selection; and capital market activities throughout the CEE region (Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland, Romania and other Balkan countries). Frédéric will continue to work hands on with Dorota Malinowska, based in Cushman & Wakefield Warsaw and who focuses essentially at the Polish hotel market.

Frédéric has been in the hotel industry for more than ten years. He joined the Prague's Cushman & Wakefield Hospitality team in March 2007 and has provided hotel real estate advise and agency in the CEE region for the past five years.
