NEPI and Carrefour get €28m for Ploiesti shopping centre

NEPI and Carrefour PropertyRomania have received a €26 million loan from BRD Groupe Societe Generale to finalize Ploiesti shopping centre. The total investment is €65 million, BRD covering 40 percent of the total.
