Naturex is new tenant in Adgar Plaza Building Warsaw

Adgar Postępu sp. z o.o. has signed a contract for the lease of office space in Adgar Plaza building A with Naturex, the producer of natural ingredients used in the food & beverage, nutrition & health and cosmetics industries. Adgar Plaza building A is located at ul. Postępu in the Mokotów Business District in Warsaw. It is part of the Adgar complex of office buildings, which is one of the most modern, technologically-advanced and well-equipped office building complexes in Warsaw, offering a complete and efficient working environment.

Naturex will occupy 255 m² of office space on first floor of the 10-storey Adgar Plaza building A, which is now 93% leased. The tenant moved into its new office just after signing the lease agreement, after completion of minor fit-out and interior arrangement works. Adgar Postępu sp. z o.o. was represented by Eyal Litwin, Vice-President at Adgar Investments & Development Ltd. and Tomasz Piotrowski, proxy. The agreement was signed for five years.

Other tenants of the Adgar complex of office buildings, comprising Adgar Plaza buildings A and B and Adgar Business Centre, include Pfizer, DuPont, Antalis Poland, Żywiec Zdrój, the Credit Information Bureau, Business Advisors, DQS Poland, EDP Poland, Futurestep, Gilead Poland, Gruper, MAP Poland, PartyLite, Schneider Electric, Symantec, the Public Procurement Office and Adgar’s Polish subsidiaries.
