NAI apollo group advises plastics manufacturer in relocating its headquarters

PVA GmbH – maker of plastic granulate for electronic components – is moving its production and administration from Aschaffenburg to Friedberg. At the consultancy of the Brokerage division of NAI apollo group, the plastics manufacturer is leasing 4,187 sq m of production, warehouse and office space in the industry park at 8-10 Grüner Weg in Friedberg. The venue is well situated near the BAB5 und BAB45 Autobahns. A long-term lease of 10 years was negotiated with the owner, Hansteen Germany Limited.
