NAI apollo Baumanagement remodels a manufacturing plant near Bad Vilbel

NAI apollo Baumanagement GmbH has been commissioned with rebuilding and upgrading a 3,000 sq m manufacturing facility in Niederdorffelden. This construction project in the industry area ‘An der Rosenhelle’ encompasses the entire technical facility for a production plant and the addition of a 500 sq m steel mezzanine.

The contracting entity for this project valued at around €1 million is MM Graphia Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs GmbH. As usual, NAI apollo Baumanagement is delivering at a fixed price with a guaranteed deadline. The refurbished space will serve as a new working area for R+S Stanzformen GmbH (Frankfurt). This company, specialised in making stamping tools for the packaging industry, will employ around 65 people in the future. Construction has begun in April, and completion is scheduled for October 2012.
