Modest start to year will impact industrial total take-up volumes for 2014
A total of 361,831 sq.ft. of space was occupied in the Dublin industrial market this quarter across 20 deals. This is 34% higher than last quarter, however at the mid-point in the year, total take-up is 43% lower than H1 2013.
