M&G Real Estate commits to fund 480,800 sq ft of regional logistics development
M&G Real Estate is to fund the construction of 480,800 sq ft of new warehouses at Wilson Bowden’s Optimus Park, Leicestershire. This is the first logistics deal of 2015 for M&G Real Estate, an indicator of the leading global fund manager’s intentions for the year ahead.
