MEAG sells Rokin Plaza in Amsterdam

MEAG has sold the office and retail complex named Rokin Plaza in Amsterdam for the account of a German special fund managed by Internationales Immobilien Institut GmbH. The property located Kalverstraat 13, 15 and 17 – Papenbroekssteeg 1 and 5, 1012 NX Amsterdam and Rokin 14 and 16, 1012 KR Amsterdam, comprises 5.086 sqm of office space and 1.308 sqm of retail area. The purchaser is EMMES Group.
