Master Management renews leases at Magnolia Park in Wrocław

Master Management Group, the manager of Magnolia Park shopping mall in Wrocław, renewed leases with another tenants. Ecco footwear store, Mohito fashion outlet and Travel Planet agency joined the family of Magnolia Park tenants. All the leases were signed for the period of five years. The CROPP store at the mall was also expanded.

Tenants who recently renewed their lease agreements include Gatta, Inglot, Inter Sport, iSpot, Kazar, Komputronik, Solar, Street Shoes and Twoje Soczewki. Their stores occupy a combined space of over 900 m². The Ecco store, offering leather-made quality footwear for men, women and kids, will have an area of 97 m², located at the mall’s first floor. This Scandinavian brand stands for comfort and quality, as well as for innovative technology and modern design. Mohito women’s wear store, which will be located on the first floor of the shopping centre, will occupy the area of 212 m².

The Mohito brand was created for independent, active women, who value comfortable city elegance combined with the feeling of freedom. Travel Planet, the multiagent selling travel services through the Internet, its call center and shops, will open a point of sale on 21.6 m² at the ground floor of Magnolia Park. The travel agency offers package holidays, tours and air tickets. The youth fashion CROPP store at Magnolia Park was also expanded by another 100 m².
