LSH sells Kirkby industrial units

Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has sold two industrial units near Nottingham on behalf of receivers acting for Barclays Bank. The two units, totalling more than 8,000 sq ft are next to each other on the Lowmoor Business Park in Kirkby in Ashfield. The 3,620 sq ft Unit 16 has been bought by Moontown Ltd, a company specialising in the manufacture and supply of spring energised and hydraulic seals.

Meanwhile the 4,641 sq ft Unit 17 has been sold to Down to Earth Demolition (DTE) Ltd. The company, currently based in Bulwell, provides demolition, asbestos removal and waste management services to companies around Nottingham and the East Midlands.
