London & Stamford Property purchases own shares

London & Stamford Property Plc announces that on 30 January 2012 it purchased 3,000,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 105.25 pence per share. The purchased shares will be held as treasury shares. Following the above purchase, LSP holds 3,000,000 ordinary shares in treasury, and has 542,795,171 ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
