Liebrecht & wooD finalised the agreement with McDonald’s Polska

McDonald’s Polska leases grounds for a restaurant in Morski Park Handlowy, a retail center developed by Liebrecht & wooD. A McDrive outlet will be erected on a nearly 2,400 m² plot at the end of 2012.

The fast food chain leased a 2,360 m² area for 30 years (which will possibly be prolonged for another 10 years). The new Gdańsk McDonald’s restaurant will be located near the access road leading to Carrefour hypermarket and Fashion House Outlet Centre, at Przywidzka street, near the bypass around the Tricity Urban Area. A petrol station will adjoin the restaurant in the future.

The McDonald’s restaurant, which will be located in a part of Gdańsk called Szadółki, will open at the end of 2012.
