Leica moves into Lothbury House in Cambridge

The Unex Group, advised by Savills, has let the ground and first floor of its fully refurbished office development at Lothbury House on Newmarket Road, Cambridge to Leica Microsystems Ltd. Leica Microsystems Ltd has agreed a new lease on circa 14,000 sq ft (1,300 m²) of office space. The remaining three suites at Lothbury House range between 2,248sq ft and 8,133 sq ft (208 m² and 755 m²). Lothbury House totals 22,090 sq ft (2,052 m²) over two floors.
