Kühne + Nagel prolongs lease at Straubing

Alpha Industrial as Asset Manager successfully closed a new lease contract for 20,000 sq m logistics property with the customer Kühne + Nagel on behalf of the owner Curzon Capital Partners II Fund managed by AEW Europe.

The property is located in the commercial district area of Straubing-Sand (Bavaria), the largest settlement area in South Germany with 2.2 million sq m. The logistics company has been already tenant of this build-to-suit property since 2003. The new lease contract with Kühne + Nagel has been concluded for a new term of ten years.
