Knauf Insulation signs lease agreement with Explora Business Centre

Today Quinlan Private Golub announced that leading insulation supplier, Knauf Insulation, has signed a lease agreement for 425 sqm of office space in phase I of Explora Business Centre, the A-Class Jupiter building, located in Prague 13’s commercial district. With this new lease, the Jupiter building now stands at over 90% leased, with existing tenants including Citibank Europe, DHL Express (Czech Republic), General Electric International, TechData International, Honda Ceská republika, Trigema, and ThyssenKrupp Vytahy.
