KGAL buys Pasinger Hofgärten

The KGAL GmbH & Co KG has bought the property complex Pasinger Hofgärten. The vendors are the Rio Real Estate Investment opportunities GmbH, the Gebhard Real Estate AG and the Patria Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH. The project was initiated and structured by KGAL for a Club Deal from three institutional investors.

The building complex alongside the S and Regional railway station Münich-Pasing comprises around 20,000 m² trading, practice and office space along with underground parking, is distributed over five surface and two underground levels. The multi-tenant object is rented at the moment from 27 parties.
