JNJ Global Business Services moves out of Andel Park
Jones Lang LaSalle announces that it assisted with the disposal of premises in Andel Park, finalising the relocation of JNJ Global Business Services s.r.o. (“JNJ GBS”), the shared service centre organization of Johnson & Johnson, to the Factory Office Centre.
Harry Bannatyne, Consultant at Jones Lang LaSalle, explains: “We are pleased to confirm that after having completed commercial talks with Baxter, the healthcare professionals, who have agreed to take over the lease of 1,232 sq m of office space from JNJ GBS in Andel Park, we could finalize the transfer of our client’s last employees into its new headquarters in the Factory Office Centre. In this transaction Jones Lang LaSalle acted on behalf of JNJ GBS on the disposal of the premises, the relocation of the company and new space fit-out preparation.
Andel Park comprises of 2 independent buildings with a common underground garage. Built around a central courtyard, Building A offers more than 13,500 sq m of commercial space and building B consists of over 22,000 sq m of office, retail and auxiliary space. The project meets the highest international standards.
