IVG and Garbe to start logistic fund

IVG Institutional Funds and Garbe Logistic AG announced the issuance of a common „IVG Garbe Logistik Fonds“. The fund has a target volume of approx. €400 million total capital and will invest in logistics real estate in prime locations in Germany.

In this strategic partnership IVG Institutional Funds will cooperate with Garbe Logistic AG as asset manager. As part of the strategic partnership Garbe Logistic AG will act in the acquisition process exclusively on behalf of the Fund. "

The Fund will invest in high quality and third-party properties that ensure a sustainable tenancy.
