Ireland’s investment volume exceeds peak of 2007 investment boom by 19%
Ireland’s revived commercial real estate market is 19% more active than at the peak of the debt-fueled investment boom of 2007, with newly listed REITs at the forefront of a slew of deals, analysis by research firm Real Capital Analytics (RCA) shows.
