Investment turnover in Czech Republic rises in Q4 2009, but down 64 % in 2009 compared to 2008 level

According to the most recent study by CB Richard Ellis, both the overall annual investment turnover and the number of transactions closed fell futher in 2009 compared to previous years, finishing at values below those in 2003. Positively, Q4 2009 investment turnover was the highest since Q3 2008.
