Internos Real Investors leases 12,000 sq m of logistics space
Internos Real Investors LLP has, on behalf of the HBI Fund, leased 12,000 sq m of logistic space at Ridderhaven Industrial Estate to Boon Sliedrecht in a ten-year lease. The MCD supermarket supplier has increased the amount of space it occupies at the site by 5,000 sq m.
Located in Ridderkerk in the southwest of the Netherlands, Ridderhaven currently accommodates 20 tenants and provides approx. 50,000 sq m of logistic and office space, of which approx. 13,000 sq m of logistics space and 1,500 sq m of office space remain available.
The HBI portfolio comprises multi-let light industrial properties located primarily in the Netherlands, France, Denmark and Sweden.
