ING Real Estate sells Cruckton Hall
ING Real Estate announces the sale of Cruckton Hall to a group associated with the current tenant. Cruckton Hall is part of the ING Real Estate Healthcare Fund which was launched in 2008. Cruckton Hall is currently operated as a school which has become a leading resource in the UK for boys with Aspergers Syndrome, ADD and ADHD.
With the sale of Cruckton Hall the Fund will be wind down/seize to exist in the near future. This is in line with the Fund strategy. Hein Brand, CEO ING Real Estate commented: “The sale of this last asset and the dissolution of the Healthcare Fund is another important step in reducing ING’s exposure to real estate investments. We are pleased with the progress made and the cooperation with the buyer”.
