ING Insurance move to Laurus Offices

Two regional departments of ING Insurance move to Laurus Offices, developed by Erste Group Immorent Kft. The insurance company signed a rental contract for almost 600 sq m in the office complex represented exclusively by CBRE. The building, situated at the Határ út metro station was the only speculative development to be handed over in Budapest in the second half of 2011.

Laurus Offices was developed by Austrian Erste Bank’s affiliate specialising in property development, the Erste Group Immorent Kft and is located at Határ út metro station. It provides a total of 14,000 square meters of grade ‘A’ office space and 1,000 square meters of retail space, as well as numerous underground and surface parking spaces for tenants. Laurus Offices consists of three separate blocks encircling a closed inner courtyard which with the surrounding green area provides a relaxed working environment for its tenants.
