Indra to lease a corporate building at San Fernando Business Park

Goodman Group announces the signing of a new lease with Indra, a Spanish multinational specialising in technological services and products, for a 4,800 sqm corporate building at San Fernando Business Park in Madrid. Indra will move approximately 500 transportation and traffic professionals to the Kenya Building. The building is located on the outer side of the business park, facing the A2 highway exit.

The business park has 13 buildings with 87,000 sqm office space, and 40,000 sqm of parkland, squares and fountains.
