IFM leases 2,000 sqm of office space in the Frankfurt Romeo & Julia office towers

IFM Immobilien AG has leased out nearly 2,000 square meters of office space in the Romeo & Julia twin towers in Frankfurt. The newest tenants are real estate firm Colliers, who have leased 800 square meters, and Baring Asset Management GmbH with 400 square meters. The law firm WilmerHale has increased their office space by 750 square meters. With these latest leases, over 11,000 square meters have already been leased out at this exclusive property in Frankfurt's West End since its completion at the beginning of 2009. This represents more than 80 percent of the total area.
