Highgrove enterprises acquires new Bath shop

Highgrove Enterprises has acquired its first High Street presence for a Highgrove shop outside Tetbury, in Bath. It will trade as ‘Highgrove’ from 38 Milsom Street, the former Lloyds TSB premises, immediately opposite the ‘Jolly’s’ House of Fraser store in the city. King Sturge advised Highgrove Enterprises.

Highgrove Enterprises has taken an underlease from Lloyds TSB of the basement and ground floor of the retail unit, totalling 2,105 sq ft, at an undisclosed rent. The landlord of the building is Temple Ecclesiastical in Bristol, for whom King Sturge acts.
