Harold Reniers resigned from Board of Redevco Turkey

Harold P.H.M. Reniers resigned as Member of the Board of Redevco Turkey with effect from 24 August 2012. After having completed several ongoing assignments he will step down from his position as Development Director on September 30th, 2012.This has been decided in mutual consent.


Harold Reniers has successfully contributed to the buildup of the local organization since summer 2006 when Redevco decided to enter the Turkish market. Especially Gordion Shopping Center in Ankara, Erzurum Shopping Center in Erzurum and Magnesia Shopping Center in Manisa have been the key developments of Redevco Turkey in this time period.

Before Redevco Harold Reniers was working with Multi Development Corporation and active in a different range of commercial projects in her subsidiaries in Holland, Germany, Belgium, Spain and Turkey. Harold Reniers initially started his career in the Contractors side of Real Estate and worked eight years with the Hollandsche Beton Group (presently BAM). Within her international subsidiary, Interbeton, he was involved in the Harare International Airport project – Zimbabwe.

Redevco recently agreed to sell its entire Turkish portfolio and management platform to affiliates of The Blackstone Group. With this sale the Turkish organization enters into a new phase.
