Harley-Davidson moves German headquarters to Neu-Isenburg
Harley-Davidson GmbH is leaving Mörfelden after 20 years to relocate its German headquarters to Konrad-Adenauer-Straße 1-3 in Neu-Isenburg. Brokered by Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) the company becomes the sole tenant of the 2,565 sq m office building.
C&W’s Project Management team supported Harley-Davidson in the fit-out of the property in accordance with the latest insights into high-quality modern working environments and in the adaptation to the requirements of the new tenant including a highly-modern training and professional further education area. The landlord is Swiss Life AG, Germany, based in Munich. The life insurer mandated Devoc Projektentwicklungsgesellschaft mbH with overall supervision of the building measures.
