Green Corner office complex 95% leased

With two new lease contracts Skanska Property Poland is about to complete the commercialisation of the Green Corner complex, being developed in Warsaw’s Wola district [we reported]. After recently signing two contracts, 95% of office space in total has been already leased. The first of the new tenants will take up approximately 12,000 sqm in the building. The other tenant will be Ruch S.A., which in turn is to occupy 2,380 sqm. Previously lease contracts for office space in Green Corner were concluded with such companies as Nordea Group, Grant Thornton, Jones Lang LaSalle Group Services and CHI Polska. The construction on this green office building started in February 2011 and its completion is scheduled for Q4 2012.
